At Possibilities Farm, horses and humans are true partners.
Carrie Brady, JD, MA
Carrie Brady is the lucky human who found each of the horses, brought them together, and made her lifelong dream of Possibilities Farm come true. She is passionate about helping people rediscover their unique strengths and gifts and awaken new possibilities in their personal and professional lives. She began envisioning the farm when she was a young girl and consciously created it to retain all of the magic and wonder of childhood, combined with the most powerful transformational tools gained in her professional roles as an attorney, executive, consultant, and teaching artist. Carrie is an educator, not a therapist. She is well-known for her engaging and experiential workshops and presentations, as well as her creative approaches to support learning and problem-solving. She has served as a Vice President in two organizations and has led national and international efforts to improve healthcare. She is an award-winning photographer with experience as a teaching artist in programs for students with special needs, has served as an instructor and a volunteer in New Canaan Mounted Troop's Supertroopers therapeutic equine care program, and is a certified reiki master. Carrie is able to draw on these diverse experiences to customize programs for clients of a wide range of ages, backgrounds, goals and abilities.
Carrie's education includes a JD from Northwestern University, an MA in Sociology, and a Patient Safety Leadership Fellowship. She is certified by the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH) as an Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning and by the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A), where she now serves as a member of the board.
